Check in was effortless , room large & spotless , bed comfortable & spacious. Shower was clean with lots of hot water. Only negative comment would be the patron above us sounds as if they were jumping rope or falling thru ceiling.

Sinple beauty has a ton a greenspace around it and restaurants. They staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable.

We love this Motel 6. It has to be the best kept secret on the Mississippi Gulf coast. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. There’s plenty of hot water in the shower. It’s dog friendly, and they have FANTASTIC grass areas for the dog. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach. We come a lot. The owners have done a lot of improvements this year. Fresh paint, new bathroom towel hooks and towel bars, exhaust fans, baseboards. It was great. We’ll be back asap. It’s blissfully quiet at night and you don’t hear other guests inside your room.

Our stay for the night was just what was needed. Only down was not having shampoo and condition, but everything else was great!

Our first night there was not a good one but I asked them to change my room and they did. They also called me to let me know that I left something in my room. I appreciate d that gesture. They were very nice and the rooms were excellent.

The Good: The rooms were clean and the beds were confortable. We even had a small fridge and microwave in the room. The Bad: The shower only worked on one setting - all the way to left, on hot. However, we didnt have any hot water. At all. The Ugly: We immediately spoke to the front desk and asked for another room. She said she would call maintenence as she didnt have any other rooms. So, cold showers it was. We came back from Gulfport and checked in with her. She said maitenance came and it was fixed. We got to the room, and nope, it was all still the same. More cold showers. The next morning we spoke with the manager and he went up to our room to verify. He offered for us to go to another room to shower. But that was all. I told him that didnt help us at all because we were packing to go home. We needed the problem solved the night before. All he said was that he tried to fix the problem and we refused. End of Story: Don't be fooled by all of the so called good reviews. This is not a good establishment as the staff could care less about the guests. Pay the extra and go to a better hotel.

The towels were very small and hard, there was no shampoo, conditioner or anything of the sort. Glad we brought our own. The water smelled funny. The hotel is VERY dated and needs a lot of work. There was food still in our fridge from the guests before us. The AC worked well and the TV took a very long time to finally come on.
