Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. 「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」

「This is our second stay at Hotel Christof, and it definitely lived up to our previous visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was kept spotless by housekeeping.
