「The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room.」

「The continental breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. I wasn't pleased with the condition of my room. The TV didn't work properly, I had to keep turning it on and off. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was half cleaned. The furniture hadn't been dusted .The refrigerator had ice build up in the top.」

「Had a very nice stay at the Palace. Eric, the Concierge/Bellman was so friendly and helpful. He helped us to our room, explained everything in the room, suggested places to eat, etc. He was amazing. Our room was clean and I loved that the hotel and casino were smoke free.」
