"Have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The grounds are incredible. They are filled with beautiful flowers and three different hiking trails. The room was excellent—very spacious, beautiful views of the forest, and we were able to see animals right outside our window. The restaurant on premise was wonderful for all meals. The staff went out of their way to help. Our flight got cancelled, and they reached out proactively and were able to book us a different driver from the airport to hotel. All tours can be booked on site. Truly wonderful experience! "

"Very helpful and friendly staff available to book last minute excursions and provide recommendations, including dealing with a flat tire. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to restaurants in Santa Elena and short distance to many activities in the Monteverde area. Highly recommend."
