「Like the free breakfast and all day hot coffee/chocolate. Like the large bathroom.」

「Clean Room, spacious restroom, our room came with a cool patio, mini freezer was working good, TV was in condition, A/C was working good. The only thing that would’ve made our stay perfect would be the microwave oven inside the room..!! (there’s one in the lobby though). Overall- it’s a great place to stay in. We would come back for sure!!」

「This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.」

「除了入住价钱比较划算之外，其它都需额外付费包裹停车要交费甚至要俩瓶水也要付费。空调暖风吹出来是冷气，早上七点左右就会听到装修的嘈杂声。设施老旧基本都需要维修」

「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」
