Tivemos muita dificuldade em relação ao canal de atendimento, ausência de resposta pelo whatsapp do hoteus.vom e tivemos que ligar por várias vezes para que alguém do Hotel nos atendesse. O proprietário maravilhoso, atencioso, porém funcionários mau treinados e despreparados para governança. Horário de servir o café da manhã, após as 9h ocasionou atraso...
