「Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. 」

「We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . 「Plenty of parking. Staff friendly at check in. We had a junior suite - it was lovely. Clean / bed comfy. Breakfast was included - nice surprise. One of the nicest /best cooked buffet breakfasts we have error had in a hotel I ordered pancakes - lovely. Only neg - the heating in the stairwell - roasting!! 」

「We booked the Lily Room at the Blue Pigeon for our wedding anniversary, hoping for a quiet, restorative escape after a demanding few months. 「This was our second time staying at Ebenezer's Place and it won't be our last. Absolutely lovely B&B. The rooms are very unique. We loved the view from the window of the sea. Neal was amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He really made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely 10/10. We'll be back again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」
