"Great place, wonderful swimming pools, spacious and clean rooms and beautiful landscaping. Only critical feedback is the lack of Greek dining options for lunch. More focused on burgers and hot dogs than gyros and good salads which is a shame. Buffet breakfast was good but average"

"An exquisitely designed property in a charming town, near Heraklion. Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve. "Solo travelling woman - I felt safe, the property was clean and had all your basic needs. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and kind. The beach is about 20 mins walk (max) and the old town Malia and the archeological site of the palace of mailia is not far either. I would happily stay here again! Thank you for my stay! "

"Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, amazing view from the solarium terrace across the bay to Spinalonga, only tiny niggle which is out of the control of Naiades was the roof tops with satellite and air-con units below us. Would highly recommend. "

The reception was happy to organise these each day for us which was amazing. The pool and double sun loungers were also great with all day sun, capturing the Greek heat!
