Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The shuttle service was a life saver and easy to use. The only real complaint I had was the pool was tiny crowded and dirty. Overall great experience.

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!
