Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America
Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
This was our first time staying here and it was well worth it. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful. I wish we could get that type of customer service everywhere. Nice job. The room and location was great too!

I stayed here for the convenience to mall of america big mistake. No warning about parking fee and front desk person didn't even point us to the elevators and the king sized bed felt like a pullout mattress.
