"We stayed one night because there was a concert at the amphitheater and the hotel offered shuttle services for free. I do think the price of the stay was steep for that night due to us only being on the property to sleep."

"It was our second time we stayed at GWL and it was okay. Getting ahold of housekeeping was tough so getting clean towels and our beds made didn’t happen. But our kids enjoyed all the activities and events throughout the day."

"No room even with confirmation number. Incredibly rude staff. When asked about the reservation staffs response was “we have no rooms what do you want me to do about it?” Refused to send airport shuttle and then hung up. Called again , immediately put on hold for 35 mins and then they hung up. Save ..."

"Took my Grandkids on vacation. When we got there we were told the pool was closed. Had we been informed of this ahead of time we could have booked elsewhere. Faucets in bathroom sink just barely cleared the countertop making it difficult to wash hands."
