「I thought I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen sizes beds. Both rooms only had 1 bed. My sister had to sleep with her 43 year old son that recently had open heart surgery. Not happy. Didn’t find out until they checked out.」
「To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels...
「The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!」
