We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

Everything else was great the people working were friendly and the breakfast was not bad. I think if they remodeled and upgraded some of the run down rooms it would be a great place to stay」
