"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

"We traveled to Barcelo Karmina for a short business trip. Hotel is very comfortable, plenty of dining options. Staff are polite and helpful, and generally speak English well. Only recommendation for improvement would be better wifi in rooms. "
