Great hotel in very convenient location. Fairly noisy but acceptable
The only thing that was a slight criticism was the air con was necessary at night but very blowy so ending up with a stiff neck as it was hard to get the room temperature right. It would also have been good to be able to access BBC news on the TV or at least one English speaking channel but not essential.

Love the onsen with both indoor and outdoor options and also sauna as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was a bit dated but clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the bed was extremely firm, and we did not get a great sleep. The walls were also a bit thin and sound traveled from the hallway into the room.

Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat.

Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow ...
