「Friendly staff, roomsnest and clean」

「The Bee hotel is a perfect location for you. I cannot express how friendly the staff is, the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very good. Everything is walkable to downtown. We will be going again soon at this will be our third trip staying at this amazing boutique hotel.♥️♥️」

「I can't begin to tell you how happy we were with our experience. Everyone who worked at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The room was nicely appointed with anything you could need for a short stay, including a comfy bed and good pillows. To me, the best part was how immaculately clean it was. 「Need better parking for trucks with attached trailer. Parked next door, which looked like your over flow parking area that had zero no parking signage & my truck & trailer was towed & & they extorted $1100 in cash to retrieve it. A total scam by McDonalds. Unfortunately I will never eat in a McDonalds in the future & I won’t be staying there again due to the parking issue. I travel that way a few times per year seeking an overnight. Never again.」

「Office was dark, smelly and dingy. Room was dark, smelly, dirty and dingy. Bed made an awful noise when sat on (sheet metal frame). My husband made the mistake of walking without socks or shoes on and his feet were black. The floors have probably never been washed (photos attached). I complained about the cleanliness to the front desk person and showed the towel and paper towels we put on the floor to show the dirtiness, she did not speak English. 「We had to change rooms twice due to bed bugs. Rooms 107 & 111 both had them on the back bed by the bathroom. The young man at the desk overnight was very helpful and friendly. However when I checked out and said something to the owner, I assume, he acted like it was no big deal. Just said he’d tell his handyman. A handyman isn’t going to get rid of the bed bugs. We saw one of the rooms just had the beds remade when we left this morning. I’d stayed here before with no issues, but with two rooms...
