"Carlos picked us up from the ferry in Hvar and drove us to the apartment. He carried our luggage to our 2nd floor apartment which was big, clean, cool with two balconies. "Lovely hotel, and location. Nice walk round the bay into Hvar old town. Pool is lovely, breakfast is great. view from hotel out to pool, and sea beyond is truly gorgeous. Superior room was modern, but quite small, and the balcony overlooked a side street, so could have been better, and not much wardrobe or storage space. Beach attached to hotel is nice, and the water was lovely to swim in. Unfortunately even though we were staying at hotel they wanted to charge us 20EUR each for a sunbed! And the guy collecting the money had an Amfora Shirt on... that was disappointing. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary, and the staff were aware but beyond acknowledging it was our anniversary on arrival, there was nothing else offered as a gesture. Overall the hotel was lovely, and location great, would definitely recommend."
