「Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. 「Our stay at the Radical exceeded or expectations! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The amenities offered were to notch. We opted for the riverview king and could no get over how quiet the room was. Not once did we hear our neighbors so we slept great. Locating is perfect! We were able to walk to our dinner reservation and back. It was a slower weekend in Asheville with kids going back to school but was a perfect time for us! We highly recommend the Radical!」
