「Our stay here was way beyond our expectations. This place is absolutely beautiful, its like a Hallmark movie. The room was bigger than I thought, with a sitting area and a lake house / beach decor. 「Bathroom was terrible.Rust on anything metal, tub had hair in it,no tissues, body wash,or shampoo. Ask for those items and were told that they didn't have any. Wanted 1 towel and they said to ask housekeeping. The walls were rotted around the tub area. The coffee maker didn't work. The swim area was a mess. Tiles were falling off the walls, tiles on floor were loose, pile of broken tiles in brushed into corner with a broom in front of it, screens were ripped. To top it off, the key card didn't...

「The manager Dawn was amazing and very helpful with accommodating us. This was our first time at Putin Bay, and we will be back and staying at this lodge. The whole staff was very kind. The bartender was amazing. I love the whole set up. When we got there, our Golf cart was there and we got to use that. And Dawn put our stuff in the conference room until her room was ready. So we got to enjoy the day. What a blessing our stay was. Thank you.」

「They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room.
