"The staff was great!!!! However, If you like to wake up at 2 AM with teens jumping on each other in the hall. Or be given a balcony room with a beautiful view of an empty pool, dirt, pipes as they refurbish the pool area. (Why did they not give rooms away from that when the hotel was NOT full).
