「We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It...

「The hotel is clean enough with good amenities including laundry and gym. They don’t serve breakfast. The reception personnel is very polite. We booked a room with 2 separate beds, but unfortunately hat to stay in a room with one bed, because of “construction issues “ in the rooms with 2 beds. It’s not convenient at all. The TV set is pretty old .」
