「The host/owner Michael is a wonderful host. Other reviewers have complimented the breakfast he prepares...they did not exaggerate. The breakfasts are healthy, delicious, innovative, fresh...outstanding. Our room, #8, is large, clean, has its own private entrance, and a great new shower. This B&B is located in downtown Madison in a walkable area. The house is a large, charming building constructed in 1833. Excellent accomodations. 」

「Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would...

「The hotel was perfect for a one night getaway. Matthew at the front desk was wonderful, and so very helpful. The dinner was outstanding, as was the breakfast the next morning. The location on the beach was perfect, and even though it was April, we enjoyed a nice walk on the beach. Would definitely come back!」
