"Our stay here was average, staff was constantly preoccupied with other matters when you needed assistance, wanted to charge $40 for early check-in called 2 separate times and was only told about the fee once. Butlers were unpleasant. One single elevator worked the entirety of our stay, 15+ minute wait times for elevator on the 16th floor. When you finally did get an elevator you were either packed in like sardines or had to completely wait for it again once it unloaded. "

"The rooms are clean, and the views of the Puget Sound, Mt. Rainer, Olympics, and downtown Seattle are outstanding. The Six Seven restaurant's food and service are OK. Pro tip: use your room phone to call valet parking as you are leaving your room. That way your call should be waiting for you when you get to the lobby. The only negatives I encountered during a recent stay: - It usually takes several calls to get someone to answer at the front desk or Six Seven restaurant. This happened whether I used my cell phone or the room phone. - The restaurant automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill, regardless of quality of service received. - Room service could use improvement. I waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to arrive (ETA was 20 minutes), and the server forgot my carafe of coffee. That arrived 15 minutes later, and the server just handed me the coffee mugs and carafe instead of handing it to me on a tray. Good news: he comped the food. - The hand-held shower attachment is difficult to use as the switch to direct the water to the hand-held is on top of the shower fixture. This means you have to be almost 6' tall to reach the switch."

"Everything was great. Location to convention centers were the most ideal. Staff was great. At the time of our stay, one of the elevators was out of service which was at times inconvenient. But that is my only complaint. It would not prevent me from staying there again because everything else was perfect. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing. It was just a 4 min walk to Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. The staff are exceptional and the roof top deck overlooking the water and city is absolutely stunning. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. "
