"Great place to stay. Awesome, very friendly staff. Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle are only a few blocks away. Very easy to walk to a game or concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Lots of restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance. My wife and I have stayed at The Mediterranean many times and have never been disappointed."
"The meal prices in the restaurant are outrageous. Lunch $100. Breakfast 100
Dinner you have to photograph something…….time wasted. Where else could you eat.
Leather chair in room is disgusting. Better spend my money elsewhere"
"Fantastic hotel within steps of the Paramount Theatre where we saw Phantom of the Opera.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean, well maintained room. The best pillows ever! We tried to buy one!
The valet parking is worth the cost, especially considering parking options in a major city.
We will stay again!"
"The rooms were spacious, the city views were beautiful, bathrooms were nice. Breakfast had good options, staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. Centrally located, very pleased with our stay, and we'd stay here again."
"The location was great and the room was clean. There were some nice, unexpected touches like water, tea and coffee in the room. The negative was no place to sit except on a bed and a/c that didn't really make much of a difference. I think perhaps only the fan worked and the cool part did not. There was no way to Crack the window open for Fresh air to help either. But, honestly, for the price and location it was totally ok."
"Caution if you value quiet and sleep. They will put you right on I-5 with constant freeway noise even if you specifically make a request to be away from the freeway. "
Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel, Seattle Center Seattle
8/10 Good
"Excellent location for short walk to Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center with easy access to the Monorail. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaints was a light bulb was out in one lamp and the cheap hair dryer was not strong but got very very hot. The water in the shower did not get hot enough for me but it was adequate. I liked that they accept pets and provide recyclable water bottles. Bed was very comfortable but I didn't especially care for the two separate european duvets. The lobby is quirky but seems a bit dated. All my interactions with hotel staff were great. All in all I would definitely stay here again although the food and drinks were pricey."
"For a hotel of this caliber I was not happy at all. Arrived in room very hot and tv movie channel not working tech arrived opened wall and removed a filter from heating that was completely covered in dust overrun and blamed for circulating air terrible. Tv was not working they had no movies on demand and no way to connect Netflix. Elevators smelled of old cheese. Called to concierge in evening to arrange car service no answer opened my own doors at front as service members chatting amongst themselves hopefully they take this and do better no food service at bar after 10 pm. Improvement is much needed here in management of this facility. Won’t be back. Due to construction on road out front our sleep often disturbed by cars driving over metal plate on road !"
