「The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. The location was close to town center with plenty of shops to choose from. And, it was close to the cruise port where we would embark for another journey.」

「Given a room next to elevator that developped a scratching or screeching noise everytime anyone used it. Place was busy so could not get different riom and neither Expedia or Premier Inn gust services made it clear how to get some compensation. For four nights we could not enjoy the room or sleep well .」

「A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. 」

「Out bed was slopped to the centre. I couldn’t breathe because of the dirty carpets. Ugg. I didn’t sleep a wink. We were out in the middle of the night with the rest of guests. Someone was smoking in a room and set off smoke alarms. The fire truck came and we were able to go back in to the bed where I rolled into my husband. So sad because our stay in London Westminster was exceptional.」
