"We had a great stay at Countryside Inn in Nappanee, Indiana! The room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but perfect for grabbing something quick to hold you over. The kids especially loved the pool area, and we really appreciated the cabinet of board games available in the lobby—it was a fun touch for downtime. The staff even went above and beyond by offering us their meeting room so our whole team could eat dinner together. All the guests we encountered were polite and respectful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place with great hospitality. Would definitely stay again!"

"The two guys who were on duty at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. Both had a sense of humor which made the experience even more pleasant. Later, when we left for the evening, they both stepped outside with us to guide us with directions to our destination. Together, they took a routine task from ordinary to exceptional! "

"The hotel has been renovated so it’s in great shape in comparison to the other hotels around. The pool needs to be updated though. It looks old and dirty. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good, pancakes, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, coffee, juice, fruit…will stay again! "
