The property is well maintained and amenities are great but we booked a room for three adults and one child and were given one double bed and a very poor quality sofa bed. I requested extra bedding on the first and second night to make use of the other sofa to sleep on but this request was ignored even thought I communicated face to face and via the Expedia messaging system. Luckily it was a short stay and three nights of poor sleep can be easily rectified

Modern and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and the location is excellent - a short walk from the Central Station. Aldi and Europcar close by for groceries and car rental. The restaurant opposite the hotel is amazing! Highly recommend

I’d stay again
Fantastic and well worth every penny. Great location and very close to Central FS railway and metro. Modern, spacious apartments and very clean too. The view was amazing too. There were four of us and we had enough space to do everything we wanted in the apartment we stayed in. Beds were comfortable and we slept peacefully. Only thing we didn’t realise was that there would be no top of bathroom essentials once they were finished, so keep that in mind.

Good property for short stay
Property on arrival was in good condition and we had a nice voew of the city. Lovely sized front room and bedroom. Lived the bathroom. Only a few issues such as not cooking equipment to cook and eat in with. Had a real issue with mosquitoes as well. there was explanation about checking out and communcation wasnt the best. Overall had a pleasent stay and the property was good for what we was looking for with only a few issues that could easily be fixed.

Family of four with 2 teenagers. Very good location, great transport links on the doorstep. Apartment very clean and well equipped, it even had a utility with washing machine. Will stay here on next visit to Milan.

An excellent place to stay. Highly recommended. A few improvements would make a difference. The property needs to send instructions about how to get in when you arrive. The shower is very slippery and could use a grab bar. The property should give instructions on the use of appliances.

Great location and apartment was huge and very comfortable and clean. Odd that they don’t provide washing up liquid and cloths or additional toilet paper - we had to buy all that. Aside from this though it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and in a very convenient location near the supermarket and central station. Milano Centrale is just minutes away by foot. The view from our room (17th floor) was amazing. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future. The reception/security staffs were helpful too.

The apartment was pleasant, but the bedroom had poor air conditioning which made it very warm at night. It was hard to fall asleep, especially considering being in Milan in Ausgust. The bathroom had no amenities and the body soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. They provided a limited number of coffee pods that lasted only a day. Housekeeping service has an additional charge. Lastly, the shower floor is slippery If you are looking for hotel amenities, this may not be the right place for you. However, the location is great as it is only a 5-minute walk to Centrale Station with quick access to Milan’s best-in-class metro system.

This place is perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The apartment is spacious compared to regular hotel rooms. The amenities are kept up in good condition. Our kitchen had a leak the first night, but it was promptly fixed once we notified the receptionist the next day. The neighborhood is convenient with grocery shopping and restaurant options. The parking is a bit challenging but can be resolved with a bit of planning. Overall wonderful stay.

Property is located about 5 minutes away from Milano Centrale. Very clean and well-maintained property. The apartment is equipped for cooking and preparing meals. You just have to bring your condiments. The views from our apartment were amazing. Having a washer is also a huge plus. The only negative thing I can think of is not having a check in personnel after 6pm. I had to walk to another location (which wasn’t easy to find) to check in. This will be a problem if you arrive late at night. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend staying here but just take note of the check in issue.

We came in past the check in time. Went to the said hotel to check in(not the same spot) the lady was still there. She helped us check in although it was past her time to be there. Really helped us. The apartment was big and nice and the view is amazing. The only thing that bothered us especially my husband was the mosquitos even in the elevator. Aside from that, our stay was good. Will come back to this apartment whenever we’re in Milan.

The shower floor is extremely slippery. We have requested an anti-slip mat, and it was provided the following day. It would be nice if anti-slip mat could be provided in all rooms as a standard, since safety is a priority.

Great location to stay in Milan
Enjoyed the stay at Torre Galfa Milan during my trip with family. The place is well located in the center of the city. Grocery stores are nearby. Subway stations are less than 10 min walk ( recommended to use Sondrio subway station as it less confusing than Milan center station ). Coffee shops are steps away from each direction . We encounter some issue in our first checked in apartment but the staff were very quick to resolve and offer another apartment in our second day of our stay. The view is fantastic. Would recommend to have instructions to use the air conditioning system as I am a technical engineer and still had to do couple of trials to figure out how the system is working. The cleaning and maintenance staff were extremely friendly.

Great Stay. Great Apartment
This is a clean, spacious and modern apartment and building. They provided options for a late check-in. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all the utensils, but we use only for breakfast. We walk to and from the train station, no issues. The receptionist called the taxis for us and that helped a lot. We had an issue with the settings of the A/C but it got fixed promptly. Thanks Liuba for helping us from beginning to end.

An amazing high-rise property, with an easy walk to the train station. Easy check-in to a spacious room with a full kitchen (and Aldi grocery store a block away), living and dining space, and a washing machine. Like living in your own newly-constructed apartment. Very clean and quiet, with a view of the mountains and city below. Feels safe with locked entrances and 24-hour security at the entrance. Would stay there again without any hesitation. (The washing machine was very useful to refresh our clothing supply but note that there's no dryer as typical in the U.S. Rather there's a folding drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Probably typical for energy-conscious Europe.)

Nice modern property close to Milano Centrale for easy access to trains. Plenty of homey restaurants within easy walking distance. Apartments are large and tastefully furnished. Views are excellent from the higher floors.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Bedsheet has stains. Bathroom wall has dirty stains as well. Toilet is right behind door very inconvenient. Hot water is barely warm.
