When we arrived, the place was not at the right adress, we had to go to another place. It was a shared bathroom but there was no towel on the floor so the floor was completely soaked. In the application hotels.com, they said that breakfast was included in the price, but when we asked about the breakfast they said that it wasn't allowed. They said that it was because of coronavirus, and the information was wrong in the application hotels.com. If you can't give it do not advertise it! The staff was lovely!

Very basic bedroom, the shared bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade. Shower eventually gets warm once the boiler sounds like it will take off. Only one light works and the tiled floor is like an ice rink after several people have showered. One fan was provided with the room which just about kept the temperature bearable. We made the mistake of leaving the window open on the first night and got eaten alive by mosquitos. The door to our room had a pathetic excuse for a lock on it and one shoulder barge would have allowed anyone to enter our room which would have been easy as no other guests seemed to lock the front door. Out of the five plug sockets in the room two worked, one actually came out of the wall when we tried to plug something in. The walls were paper thin so you got to listen to every other late checking in guest, baby crying or bathroom user in the place. Milan was a great city but the accommodation spoilt our stay.

Was forced to hangover extra cash on cash in. The man also insisted on taking photos of my passport on his phone. Felt intimidated into doing so Room was not clean, bathroom even worse, overwhelming smell throughout the building. Only saving grace was I could leave after 1 night

Awesome stay at INNperfect
We were really pleasantly surprised with our stay at INNperfect. I say that because we had a limited budget and were in Milano for only a day. But INNperfect was really perfect! It was super clean, the bed, even though it didn’t look it, was incredibly comfortable, and the room was really clean. The villa is fairly close to the city center - it’s a 5min walk to the Sondrio metro station (conveniently that’s where you check in) and then it’s only 5 stops from Il Duomo at €1.50! You could walk to Stazione Centrale but it’s also 1 metro stop away. You do share the bathroom with guests from 2 other bedrooms, but it is really clean. Can’t comment on the breakfast, didn’t have it. The walls are somewhat thin, so that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Also we had a nice balcony, it’s a quiet residential area. The staff is young (look like students) but they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all speak English, which can’t be said for a lot of Italians, they refuse to speak English. So thank you Davide, Flavia and Gioia!

Great place but noise is a problem
Paper thin walls and echo chamber stairway combine to make a good night's sleep an impossibility. It's too bad because the room, bathroom, and dining area are good quality and very clean. The staff is very helpful, and it's close to the central train station and a metro station. Very unfortunate.

Nice place to stay. In a quiet area an very close to tube station and the Central Train Station. We've been well served and treated with kindness from staff. The room was clean and nice. We had consistent wifi, which was helpful at that point in our trip. The location was also good because it was close to the railway station and a metro station. The main reason why I wouldn't recommend the hotel to another person is our air conditioner remote disappeared from our room while we were out at dinner. The staff responded when I called by the language barrier (my non-existent Italian and his minimal English) + no real resolution to the missing remote soured us on the experience.

It is not what it seems like on the expedia and it is not an hotel. No 24h reception. Breakfast very poor dodgie atmosphere. They charge you 20 euro for late check in. The house looks old and no soap in the bath. Hot water did not work. Not worth the price.

Basic accommodation not far from station
Basic hotel that does the job if you just need a bed for the night. No signage at all so can be a little hard to find if you don’t have data/ WiFi to use google maps etc. walking distance to the main train station and close to an underground stop. Breakfast very basic. Metered street parking is possible after school hours as is situated next to a primary school. No reply from hotel when emailed to ask questions. When checked in the table was covered in dirty plates / napkins etc (4pm so had been there for a while).

Clean and convenient, but don't count on breakfast
Our room was very comfortable and clean and the location is great. However, breakfast was supposed to be included in the price we paid. When we awoke to have our breakfast, almost everything had already been eaten and there was no one available to contact from the property on such short notice to get more food stocked before we needed to leave to catch our bus. This is was very, very disappointing as we were shown all the items supposed to be available the day before and this was the main reason we chose InnPerfect over other similarly priced options. Also, noise from other guests really travels through the villa, we were awoken by a group at midnight and then again at 5:00 am when they were in the common area.

Stayed for one night and found it quite nice. Room was air conditioned and the breakfast was great. The directions getting there weren't difficult but make sure to contact the owner beforehand on obtaining the front door and room key as there is no reception desk.

Milan 3 night stay
Only stayed 3 nights so that we could do a couple of tours in Milan and to Lake Como. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was typical with lots of cake and sweets, and we were close to transportation to get us to where we needed to go. The rooms and hallways were very echoey, so it was very noisy any time someone came in or out or walked up the stairs.

Nice Hotel
Sweet hotel staff. Do be careful on your arrival though as we got sent the wrong address. Their is both an InnPerfect Villa and InnPerfect Home. The address on hotels.com was the correct one and the one in the email was wrong so if you're told to go somewhere else to check in be sure you double check your information and make sure it's for the right place. The shower in our room was quite nice (though hot water did go out over night for some reason). The staff was nice and provided a simple breakfast.

It was great! Guilia made sure she was there when we arrived and she gave us great suggestions on places to go and see around the city. She spoke English very well, the breakfast was good, and the location was close to the train and subway station. Room was spacious, comfy, but a little warm though.

Great place in Milan
Arriving was not easy, and the email I had received did not give details about how to enter. However, another guest at the Hotel helped us enter. Room was great, bathroom huge, many electrical outlets, and plenty of options for breakfast. Great place, will stay there again.

We had a short stay in Milano and this friendly inn is perfect for us which is close to the train station and a few restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a subway station nearby too. The snacks and coffee are available all day, which is very nice. I enjoyed the stay.

Perfect for what we needed.
Our stay at the Inn Villa was great! At the time it was very calm and we had access to the food (wrapped croissant and cookie) 24/7. The coffee and tea machine were always accessible as well. We were on the 2nd floor (the last one) and we had a big roof window and a table with 2 chairs. The room was very spacious and very clean. Bathroom was just next door. Quiet neighborhood, close to a school, walking distance to the train station, 30 min walk to Duomo (downtown Milano). The check in is a bit tricky since you have to go to one place and then walk to the villa, but overall it was just Perfect...!

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour. La description sur le site est pas vraiment conforme à la réalité. Salle de bain commune pas très propre, chambre petite contrairement à la photo. De plus nous avions pris le petit déjeuner inclus et pour cause du COVID ce petit déjeuner a été annulé nous devions payer à un bar à côté pour l avoir, aucun remboursement de petit déjeuner n a été fait alors que quand nous avions réservé le COVID était déjà là. Un peu déçu.
