When we arrived, the place was not at the right adress, we had to go to another place. It was a shared bathroom but there was no towel on the floor so the floor was completely soaked. In the application hotels.com, they said that breakfast was included in the price, but when we asked about the breakfast they said that it wasn't allowed. They said that it was because of coronavirus, and the information was wrong in the application hotels.com. If you can't give it do not advertise it! The staff was lovely!

It was no good. We arrived at hotel and there was no reception in the hotel, you should call them to bring your key from another place. Smell was not good in the room, and breakfast is like nothing.

Very basic bedroom, the shared bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade. Shower eventually gets warm once the boiler sounds like it will take off. Only one light works and the tiled floor is like an ice rink after several people have showered. One fan was provided with the room which just about kept the temperature bearable. We made the mistake of leaving the window open on the first night and got eaten alive by mosquitos. The door to our room had a pathetic excuse for a lock on it and one shoulder barge would have allowed anyone to enter our room which would have been easy as no other guests seemed to lock the front door. Out of the five plug sockets in the room two worked, one actually came out of the wall when we tried to plug something in. The walls were paper thin so you got to listen to every other late checking in guest, baby crying or bathroom user in the place. Milan was a great city but the accommodation spoilt our stay.
