「No ice in the ice machine, room had a horrible smell, the mattress was as hard as the floor and there was no heat or air in the room.」

「We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

「The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables...

「Hotel had dirty Floors Walls and elevators. Rooms need updating and Staff all need to wear some type of badges or uniforms to show rhey are staff. Some of them were rude and need better customer service 」

「Pleasant, economical hotel with a very basic breakfast and a nice pool This area of Ann Arbor is very car-centric, but this hotel is well-situated for the pedestrian. There is a safe, though unmarked, place to cross State Street toward Briarwood Mall and Red Robin restaurant about a block north and bus stops for the lines headed to Central Campus or Ypsilanti as well. There are several restaurants within walking distance and downtown Ann Arbor is 15-20 minutes away on the bus.」

「Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. 」

「The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit 」

「Everything was great about the room staff the area. Our only problem was that they wanted to clean our room at 9:00 a.m.. we were still in our room at 9:00 a.m. and if they didn't clean the room at that specific time then your room didn't get cleaned at all no exceptions. So for the 4 days we were there our room didn't get cleaned once not once no matter how many times we complained」
