5-7 min walk from Milan Centrale Station. Absolutely worth the €2 extra for breakfast. Clean bedroom & bath. Comfortable pillows. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

The location was great and staff friendly. However the sole alarm went off 5 times during the night. All times false alarm and staff said from people smoking in their room. We got very little rest

Concierge very nice, helpful. Gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant - food great. When we arrived for breakfast, there were no clean tables and no person seen to assist so we were forced to clean dirty dishes off and place on the window sill in order to sit down to eat. While we were eating the bus boy interrupted and my companion was forced to stand and move out of the way as he cleaned away the dirty dishes.

Dejligt centralt beliggenhed, tæt på alt og nemt med bus/tog til fra lufthavn. Der var mange myg på mit værelse om natten (november) men grundlæggende godt til prisen, selvom det ikke er det mest venlige personale.

Not special

If you are looking for a no frills, no lobby hotel with air conditioning that barely works this is the place. The front desk people are very nice but the hotel is not a place id return to or recommend. Location is near the central train station which is convenient. I’ve never stayed in a place that I had to leave the room key wit the front desk every time you leave the property.

My 6 days business trip was ruined

Horrible hotel. The basin tap was leaking and the hotel did nothing to fix it despite reporting it to them. Very expensive for such a hotel and I didn’t know the area but while I was there I found much better hotels for a cheaper price. It is not only the hotel management but hotels.com fault in advertising for such a poor quality hotel with such expensive daily rate

Overnight before flight to Australia

My stay was very good. Location was easy to find from Milan Central Station and an easy walk to Buenos Aires shopping area. Public transport is close if needed and easy to get Malpensa Express train to airport. Staff were professional and helpful, in the room and extra blanket would be useful. Breakfast was good to get the day started. Overall good for an overnight stay

It is ok. The room had been cleaned with something which made me cough constantly so I had to sleep with the windows open which was very noisy. They had trouble finding out reservation and it was 11pm so a bit worried that we had nowhere to stay

En primer lugar se anuncia como hotel Vitruvio pero NO se llama así, se llama Keb hotel. Es un edificio muy viejo y las instalaciones también son viejas. Funciona como hotel de paso, lo único bueno es que queda cerca de la estación del tren. Lo elegí por el precio y las reseñas, pero me enviaron un correo que si daba una buena reseña, me darían descuento en una próxima estancia, por lo que sospecho que por eso tiene tan buenas reseñas :(

Poco confortevole

Camera pulita, con arredamento datato. Al mio arrivo il riscaldamento era al massimo e la camera era un forno. Il tram nella via Vitruvio è molto rumoroso. Tende alla finestra rotte. Alle 5 del mattino la TV si è accesa da sola.
