Receptionist was not friendly most importantly my stay supposed to including breakfast but they denied me that wasn’t and also the room and bed was not what I was reserved or was deceiving what shows on web and actual look and finally I was asked to pay some city fee services charge in cash no no card over all very disappointed will never use Expedia platform

Hotel Bolzano Milan, rom for forbedring

For det første var det et problem med mitt navn som inneholder en "ø", som ofte skrives "oe" men på hotellet var det bare "o" (Til å begynne med, fant de meg ikke og jeg fikk nesten kjeft!). Det luktet vondt på badet (kloakklukt av gamle rør) og det var dårlig vanntrykk i toalett. Unngå rom 25. Rom 36 var mye bedre.

This hotel is convenient for the station but is in need of an upgrade. It is rather shabby. The staff were friendly. I did not try breakfast as, unusually for Italy, it was an extra cost. Would not stay again.

Enkelt og greit hotell for 4 overnattinger.

Ved ankomst ble vi informert om at frokost ville koste 7 € ekstra per person, selv om det sto klart i dokumentene fra Hotels.com at frokost var inkludert i prisen. Protest mot pristillegget ble kontant avvist av resepsjonisten (en ungdom). Ved frokosten måtte vi oppgi romnummer da vi ikke ville lage noe oppstyr rundt dette. Ved utsjekk ble vi derimot ikke belastet ekstra for frokost, så vi konkluderte med at vi ble feilinformert ved innsjekk. Skulle det mot formodning bli tilleggsfakturert i ettertid, vil en slik faktura bestrides og kortselskapet bli bedt om å avvise ytterligere betaling. Hotellet er helt greit for overnatting med det formålet vi hadde for oppholdet (Italias GP formel 1) med lite tilstedeværelse på hotellet. Veldig sentralt 200 meter fra hovedjernbanestasjon.Noe støy fra gaten om tidlig morgen, og det ene rommet hadde trangt bad. Renholdet var fint. Konklusjon: 2 stjerners hotell.

Nice rooms at a good price

The rooms are nice, the hotel is very close to the train station and car rentals right across the street. A nice grocery store is across the street and small cafe's very close. It is about 30 minute walk to the Duomo. The area is nice and seems safe. A metro entrance is just a minute down the street. The staff was very help and nice. I would stay there again.

中央駅から近く、移動に便利です。目の前に朝7時半から晩9時頃まで開いているスーパーがあるのも助かりました。スタッフも親切でした。 部屋は清潔で広いのですが、シャワーとトイレはすごく狭いです。特にトイレは、体の大きい人は入れないのでは？ 暑い日だったため、冷房が無いのは意外と辛かったです。

Would not stay here again

The first room we got smelled cigaret and we could not stay there. It was very bad. Luckily they switched us to the next room wich was ok. The rooms are small. I didn't think this would mind me but they are really really small. When you sit on the toilet, your legs are in the showercabinet. The breakfast is ok, nothing special. Too much of cakes. The location is good. It's near to the main train station and there is a food store right across the street. We walked to the city centrum. The room was clean but we would not definitely stay here again. The wifi and air condition worked good.

Quartos bem pequenos e simples! Localização boa para quem está de passagem pela cidade pois fica próximo da estação central. Limpeza ok!
