Great hotel and great staff

Only used the room to sleep as i had an event nearby but i highly recommend this hotel. At arrival the gentleman on the check in was friendly and informative, we went to our room which was room 401 and was surprised at the size of the room. The room was large and spacious, it had a balcony and was extremely clean. The hotel is located not too far from a metro station, also was conveniently close to Alcatraz which held my event and I was able to walk there and back. The bathroom was spacious and very clean.

Photos on the site is very misleading. Bed sheets were in very poor condtion. Asked for new ones for our second night it didn't happen. Very disappointed! Staff are nice though so it's a plus.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was and also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It is a short 5-10 minutes walk to the metro and only a few metro stops to major attractions like the Duomo, Theater Alla Scala and the galleria. Also it’s a short 5 minutes taxi ride to Milano Centrale railway station what made easy for me to take a train to Florence. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will try to do it again in future trips to Milan.

Chambre 204 propre mais la ventilation fait énormément de bruit dès qu’on allume la lumière. Insonorisation pas du tout Petit dejeuner ya du choix mais pas autant qu’en France. La nuit est chère pour ce que c’est et la rue on dirait un quartier pauvre !

Sehr sauberes zimmer, und sehr freundliche Personal. Die zimmern haben aber doch etwas zuviel nach Putzmittel gerochen, mussten halt lüften. Und das Frühstück nichts für uns bei käse teller und wurst war nur eine Zange, Brötchen stein hart es gab viel mehr süss 2 kuchen arten muffin keske. Sorry ffür Frühstück war das rausgemiessenes Geld Sonst sehr lieb sauber die zimmern sind hohl aber es gibt im bad dafür ohrwatten sehr klever😃

Hotel sympathique et surprenant

De passage une nuit en famille (4 adultes) excellent séjour, chambre pour 4 immense et salle d'eau idem, la climatisation est bien pratique. Le parking intérieur (option payante) est très sécurisant et un petit chat blanc monte la garde :) le personnel est aimable et acceuillant. j'ai juste 3 suggestions : une pomme de douche avec flexible, une porte de chambre phonique et un petit déjeuner plus varié (pour chicaner ce dernier point) Je recommande.

Time do hotel muito simpático, o quarto era excelente e muito confortável equipado com tudo que prometia. Único ponto a desejar foi a localização, pois durante a noite não me pareceu muito seguro. Tem estação de metrô próxima o que nos ajudou na locomoção até o centro.

Strategico per una notte

Buon hotel vicino zona eventi Alcatraz e a pochi passi dalla metro. La stanza singola è abbastanza completa di tutto, gli unici difetti: una sola bustina di docciashampoo (tipo quelle delle salse) e i rumori delle stanzo quando si aprono e chiudono le porte di notte. Per il resto tutto ok, buona presenza di ristoranti e supermercati in zona.

L'hotel rispecchia esattamente la descrizione trovata su Expedia. Il personale è stato molto cortese e la stanza era fin troppo spaziosa. L'area colazione è stata recentemente rinnovata, tuttavia non ho usufruito della colazione (7 €). La porta di ingresso offre fin troppa resistenza all'apertura e se non si ha una certa corporatura, potrebbe risultare difficile aprirla. La reception è presente 24/7 ed è un ottimo servizio.
