"This charming hotel was perfectly situated near Milan Centrale station and numerous restaurants. The room was in immaculate condition with excellent air conditioning, and the complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar was a bonus, a rare perk that few hotels offer. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Milan."

"Close to the station. The building is next to the Hyatt and the entrance to the building was weird. We walked through the shared parking lot to get to the building. Maybe we just did not know other ways. The building is old but rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. AC works. The ceiling lights did not work, but it was too late to call someone. There was some error made on my booking but it was taken care of quickly by the front desk staff. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. good for one night stay before our flight out of Milan."

"The front desk staff was helpful in restaurant recommendations and coordinating taxi service. Nick was great for a fast and efficient check-in. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. The room never cooled down to 20 degrees centigrade."

"Hotel was centrally located and walkable to many sights. Staff very courteous- thank you Remo for good restaurant recommendation. Room spacious, especially bathroom and very well appointed. Quiet even though facing busy street. Roof top bar spectacular. Small issues: hangars didn’t work! And no iron in room."
