It was what i was looking for the day before my flight. Easy property. Would have loved more snack options in vending machines but all in all would stay again if i am around the area. No eating option if dont drive but was able to order delivery

We stayed one night here. Hotel was clean and check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is about 15 min drive from the airport but was further from city centre than expected but didn’t affect our plans. We booked the shuttle for pick up from the airport but unfortunately we weren’t advised of the pick up spot when booking and when I messaged a couple of days beforehand to confirm, the hotel’s reply didn’t come through. We did get it sorted and were able to arrange pick up by the next shuttle. Just be sure to confirm shuttle location at time of booking to avoid these issues. Staff was very apologetic about the issue. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room and the building were clean and nice. We asked for the shuttle to the Malpensa airport and the shuttle was ready on time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I arrived way too early due to unavoidable circumstances. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They stowed my bags, allome to loiter for hours in the lobby, arranged an early checkin for me, and even gave me coffee in the breakfast room. Bed was comfortable, restaurant and bar were fine, morning airport shuttle hassle-free. Nice but not walkable neighborhood.

The restaurant was unexpectedly great… the front desk team was efficient and courteous. The shuttle to the airport was the reason why I chose this hotel on a very rainy day

We stayed here our last night in Milan to make it easy to get to the airport the next morning. The lobby area is beautiful, and there's a Foosball table for kids. I was able to print our boarding passes. Shuttle brought us to and from the hotel and airport. Staff is super friendly. Shower was the best we had during our week and a half in Italy. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but it's nice to have one as an option. Castello Visconti di San Vito is a short walk from the hotel with a wonderful little gelateria across the street. We also walked to Chiesa Prepositurale di Sant'Agnese. There were a variety of small cafes, nicer restaurants, and a market in that area.

The hotel is old and was not renewed for quite some time. Most of the power supplies didn’t work, the shower head could not be fixed to the wall and kept falling down.

The property grounds are very nice and provide lots of space for pets if you are traveling with them. The staff were very helpful. The lounge areas are large and nice for relaxing alone or visiting. Very nice bar and restaurant with good food, and the bed was very comfortable!

We picked this hotel due to their offering of free shuttle to the airport. We made the request to the hotel and got confirmation of shuttle bus pick up from the airport. Guess what? No shuttle showed up at the scheduled time and our family had to wait for more than 2 hours in cold weather. Even worse, the hotel receptionist would not pick up phone calls and made all types of excuses to deflect the problem. It has been a nightmare for this last night of stay during our trip!
