Positives: The room was in overall excellent condition. The bed, pillows, and linens were sufficient. The bath towels were also high quality and in good condition. Service from the staff was quick and friendly. The location is excellent, with a very good restaurant and cafe on the street level. Cairoli station is a 2-minutes walk from the street exit.
Negatives: Checking in would not have been possible without phone service. The room got very warm (it felt 24-25) despite our heat set to 18. We had to sleep with the window open which created excess noise. The walls were also permeable to what seemed like normal living noise from the neighbors. Both the sink and shower drains were clogged.
Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, but it could have been better, hence the mid-level rating.
