We were early to check in and went to San't Andrea 12 (main location) & ended up staying there instead. Excellent customer service & its good value for money and the location is very good. Rooms are small but done up with very nicely decor. Dounia at the reception was prompt and very helpful. Would stay again.

We Loved our apartment. It is set right across the LV cafe which is a high end neighborhood. The only problem we want to address is the AC . It does not work. As much as we tried to make it work it never did.

It took 30 min to meet the host at the property. The unit is on a upper floor. The elevator is ancient, and could barely fit one person and luggage. The worst part was the A/C was not working. They told me someone would be there from approx 9-10pm local time. I left, came back after 10pm local time and the A/C was still broken. Went to sleep sweating and woke up sweating. Local temp was around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I reached out to the The Couper Milano Team to complain the following day. They told me they were going to issue a 60 Euro credit which I thought was fair. I gave them my banking info when I returned to the states and confirmed with them. Then radio silent. I never got another reply except "I will call you back" after 3 weeks of my messages. I was clearly ignored. Not a great way to run a business !!! Very disappointed !

I came to Milan in June 2026 and I’m going to provide my thoughts to assist any future travelers. The people running Bagutta Suites are very nice and the room was well decorated, however, the communication and check in process is far from smooth. When you arrive at the listed address, there is no signage whatsoever. There is a locked wooden door amidst other doors on the street. I was dropped off by Uber and contemplated leaving because the Bagutta Suites were not answering the phone number listed on the webpage after multiple calls. I asked locals on the street to help me find Bagutta Suites while continuously calling the listed number. Someone finally answered and told me they could only communicate through WhatsApp, which I luckily have. To get through the locked wooden door, they must remotely unlock the door, which is contingent upon them being present to answer the phone…. After getting through the wooden door, I had to use video call to be navigated to the room. Once there, it was fine. The Ac does not go below 16 degrees Celsius, which is not low enough for the Italian summer heat, but otherwise the stay was decent. If you are traveling alone or prefer ease of check-in, I recommend staying elsewhere.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase. Upon arrival, the entrance to our room was cluttered with bags of dirty linens and towels left by the cleaning staff, which gave a very poor first impression. The flooring throughout the unit is old and creaky; it’s nearly impossible to walk without waking others in the room. The shower is very small, and the wooden bathroom floor felt worn and moldy. Our room also had a broken couch handle and two large carpet stains beside the bed—both unpleasant and unacceptable for a guest space. While the surrounding area itself is nice, the room conditions were far below expectations. Internet speed was very slow, and ride services like Uber or taxis would not come directly to the property, forcing us to move our luggage to another hotel to find transportation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Centralissima, casa stupenda. Lenzuola, letto, cuscini tutto perfetto.Non siamo riuscite a far funzionare l’aria calda quindi abbiamo sofferto un po il freddo. Mancavano piccoli dettagli come la carta igienica.
