Staff... not helpful. No communication among them. Avoid job. Breakfast is very good but better to go early to enjoy. Location is good. Only some of hotel staffs ruined my experience.

Rosa Grand Milano - Starhotels Collezione
The hotel’s location is excellent, central to everything in the heart of the city by the Duomo. The interiors are very calming and very little city noice can be heard inside. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was grand in size and luxury.
