"They advertised as having a shuttle service from Linate airport. When I rang I was told there wasnβt one and we should take a taxi. I then double checked and it clearly stated there was a shuttle. I tried to ring back twice but was left on hold for 20 mins each time which cost a fortune from London. ..."
