「The room is clean. Stefan is very nice & helpful. Close to train stations, so you can go anywhere !!! Next to hotel there’s a 24-hour deli for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & midnight snack if you like. I will have to go back there and stay again! The only thing is you should put big sign outside says Milano Dreams !」

「Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma.」

「The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.」

「Very nice accommodation close to Milano Centrale. Quiet and well appointed.」

「Milu hotel is nice !! I have to say thank you to Milu colleagues whoever from back office team or the hotel colleagues, they are very nice to give a quick hand! Love them very much. I also give a high compliment about the room, the room I stay is very cozy and silent , a good sleeping for me is very important! All facilities in the room is very well maintained, daily cleaning is also caring! I see the details !! Love milu! I would definitely come back :)」

「service is good, but hotel is extremely old, very noise and no renew, don’t recommend at all」

「We stayed in Room 9, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. It's a little far away from the metro station but within managable walking distance.」

「位置非常好，楼下是主路，可以欣赏街景，而且是米兰最热闹的街区。隔音不错，室内非常安静， 干净，舒适。」

「Overall services are good, except one front desk lady has poor attitudes toward client. We stayed in 2 floor, but entire 3 floor is under renovation , works starts at 7am, if we have information about renovation, we would not have chosen this hotel. The heating system is the worse, it either over heated at 25c degree or shut down for 1 hour around 6am, my daughter got sick due to this unstable heating system. Would not recommend to anyone.」
