"Great location for USJ. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from the buffet. Very few foreigners in this hotel, yet still catered towards us extremely well. Lawsons at the bottom - so handy. Lots of restaurants across the road, as well as Universal-City train station. Catch Ubers from nearby Hotel Keihan, just across the street. A lovely family hotel. Superior triple room was very comfortable with 2 bathroom sinks and a great bathroom. Lots of toiletries on hand. Helped us send our luggage to Tokyo. Loved this hotel!"

The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price."
