"Beautiful view from my top floor room. Room itself was nice but even though recently renovated it’s already starting to show some wear. (Little things like laminated cabinet by door starting to peel.) Not a great neighborhood in terms of places to walk to. Beach is a 45 minute walk even though it looks like you are close by.
