Walking distance from the Old City in Safed, along safe sidewalks, if you're willing to spend 20-30 minutes in the sweet mountain air. Pretty clean room. 「Wonderful place at the Kinneret! Lot of indoor and outdoor areas to spend the day. Staff was awesome! They were really helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay! Spacious rooms, well equipped. Supermarket around the corner. 」

「Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two.」

「 這間住宿位於Akko中心，不管到海邊或是清真寺、土耳其浴場、市集，都是步行可達的距離。我們入住的這間很有住在土耳其Cappadocia地下屋的感覺，但接待處那棟以及另外吃早餐的地方的建築又是摩洛哥Riad形式（提醒：接待處和房間不在同一個地方，但循著門上的指示很容易可找到，接待處是水藍色新穎的大門，要按鈴才有人開門），房間內部和網站圖片一樣美，而且空間很大，checkin時老闆很認真的為我們解說及介紹餐廳，工作人員也很熱心的協助一切。Akko是我們到以色列旅遊第一個過夜的城市，雖然天氣不好是有些可惜，但人潮因此少了很多，也這裡開啟了我們對以色列的好印象。很喜歡穿梭在Akko阿拉伯曲折的街道中，更願意再為了Zidan Sarai 再次造訪Akko!」

「酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。 員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。」

「I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there.」
