"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...
