Good Stay and great time by the pool area!

The person running the pool, Piotr I think was great with my son and Otter kids as weel. Helping them with swinging instructions at the same time being service minded towards other guests. We stayed 21-22 of july and it was Nice!

Das Marena Wellness & Spa ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Anlage bietet sehr viel sodass man sich erholen kann. Es ist sehr Familienfreundlich und für die Kinder wurden viele Aktivitäten angeboten. Der Strand ist sauber und nicht überlaufen. Das Personal ist höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Trevligt hotell nära stränder

Jag var med sambo på genomresa. Hotellet ligger fint intill magiska stränder. Bra Bistro i byggnaden bredvid. Rummet var väldigt varmt trots öppet fönster, ingen AC. Bra frukost med personal som tar bort tallrikar innan man ens ätit klart. Bra att parkering erbjuds. Parkeringsvakten var dock lite barsk.

Bra hotell när havet.

Lantligt läge vid havet. Helt ok hotell med några år på nacken för att anses vara ”lyx-spa”. Väldigt lyhört från korridor in till rum. Restaurangen levererar mycket bra frukost/middagsbuffé. Inhängnad parkering finns mot extra kostand.

Entfernung zum schönen Strand in etwa 3min Fußweg. Die Essenzeiten sind auf zwei Stunden gesetzt, Frühstück 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr, aber Abendessen 16 Uhr bis 18 Uhr geht überhaupt nicht und es fehlen die normalen Getränke, die bekommt man nur gegen Aufpreis. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein jedoch sehr angenehm mit Schwimmbecken, ein recht großen Whirlpool, zwei Saunen und mit vier Massagenangebote. Leider konnten wir vor 15 Uhr nicht einchecken (Ankunft 14 Uhr). Die Freizeitaktivitäten im Hotel sind sehr abgenutzt zum Beispiel Billiardtisch mit Zubehör und Tischtennisschläger fallen auseinander, trotz Hinweis beim Personal keine Änderung. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend.

Lite wellness og lite spa-opplevelse

Dette er slitent hotel. Lite wellness med et rom som var knøtt lite uten noe utstyr. Ikke nattbord engang var det plass til. Spa-avdelingen bestod av en jacuzzi som var full av en mannfolkgjeng. Bassenget var fullt av hylende unger. Det var kun 1 badstue som virket i "nakenområdet" vi prøvde den og ble fulgt av en stor flokk mannfolk som trodde de var på swingers-klubb. Området rundt hotellet er ikke verdt å oppleve. Fine strender, men ingen fasiliteter. Frokosten var grei nok, men de hadde en saksofonist som taffel-musikant. Det er ikke rett instrument når folk nettopp har stått opp og vil nyte en rolig frokost. Restauranten på hotellet stenger veldig tidlig og alternativet er en pizza/pasta-restaurant rett ved siden av. Der var det både god mat og service. Her ble vi rett og slett lurt av ratingen på hotels.com og bilder som må være photo-shoppet. Dette hotellet er nok mest beregnet på Polske familier og det er greit nok, men det selges som noe annet.

Unglaublich schöner Spa-Bereich, tolles Essen egal ob Frühstück oder Abendbrot. Die Höflichkeit und Kommunikation im Hotel ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Gerade mal an der Rezeption sprechen zwei Angestellte englisch und teilweise deutsch. Auf ein freundliches Hallo, was man wohl in jeder Sprache nachvollziehen kann, wird man großteils ignoriert oder mit Blicken verurteilt(?). Der Rest des Hotels spricht leider nur polnisch, was im Restaurant und auch sonst zur Kommunikation nicht so angenehm ist.

Super Kurzurlaub

Mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie (Töchter 7+12) haben wir dort 3 Nächte verbracht. Frühstück und Abendbuffet sind super. Strandnähe ist klasse. Poolbereich ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, der Strand fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Atmosphäre ist ansprechend, auch der Speisesaal durch optische Unterteilungen angenehm. Sehr gemütlich der Barbereich. Sauber und ansprechend das Spa.Das von uns gebuchte Familienzimmer war durch die Größe und Ausstattung mit Sofa und Sessel angenehm. Leider gibt es keine Balkonzimmer und wir schauten auf Dachflächen. Etwas befremdlich ist die Tatsache, dass nur wenige Mitarbeiter deutsch oder englisch sprechen, es keinerlei schriftliche Infos auf deutsch gibt und auch das Spa nur auf polnisch für sich wirbt. Man wird immer wieder auf die Infos im Netz hingewiesen, das ist zwar umweltfreundlich, weil papiersparend, aber für den Gast ohne Tablet eine Zumutung. Das Frühstücksbufet ist reichhaltig und gut, das Abendessen, an dem wir nichr teilgenommen haben, wird von 17 bis 19 Uhr angeboten. Danach gibt es nichts mehr, auch nicht a la carte. Fußläufig gibt es keine anderen Restaurants, so dass man abends immer ins Auto steigen muss, wenn man keine Halbpension gebucht hat, die verglichen mit Restaurantpreisen relativ teuer ist. Es gab in unserem Aufenthalt nur auf Nachfrage einmal Badreinigung, sonst keinerlei Zimmerservice, so auch für die Kaffee/Teestation keinen Nachschub, ebenso für die Pflegemittel.

Ogromne rozczarowanie

Niestety jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni hotelem, pokój był mikroskopijny, najmniejszy na całym korytarzu. Po rozłożeniu jednej walizki, nie dało się przejść. Pomimo, że prosiliśmy o pokój z łóżkiem dwuosobowym, dostaliśmy po prostu połączone 2 łóżka pojedyncze z dziurą w środku. Po pierwszej nocy prosiłam o zmianę prześcieradła, ponieważ nie zakrywało ono nawet brudnego materaca. Pokój bez klimatyzacji, z ogromną szparą pod drzwiami na korytarz (przez co było słychać wszystkie głosy). Ręczniki wymieniane co 3 dni i to dopiero po przypomnieniu. Pokój podczas 5 dni pobytu nie został posprzątany ani razu. Rowery (do wypożyczenia) w ośrodku wymagają konserwacji. Obsługa nadąsana i zdziwiona każdym pytanie, jakie jest jej zadawane. Zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że ceny nad polskim morzem zwariowały, ale prawie 400 zł za noc za pokój, który mieliśmy to już naprawdę przesada. Pokój wyglądał zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach, nie było możliwości jego zmiany (chociaż już chcieliśmy dopłacić), bo wszystko zarezerwowane. Niestety na pewno tutaj nie wrócimy. Na plus jedynie śniadania.

Polecam duży basen i strefę SPA, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania i kolekcje. Położenie obiektu z dala od miejscowości Międzywodzie, za to cisza i spokój. Pokoje dwuosobowe niewielkich rozmiarów.
