The location if perfect with lots of cafe/bars around the area, the hotel was very clean with housekeeping daily, loved the hand written note with a personel welcome, the breakfast was excellent and all of the staff could not have been more helpful. We will be back !

One of our favourite hotels ever. Gorgeous rooms, amazing food, exceptional staff, and the wee pool was the icing on the cake. We had a very lovely (child free) trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Krakow.
