The hotel was fabulous Would definitely stay again

Convenience and cleanliness

Everything was what we expected.

I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

Overall a clean hotel. Considerable road noise. A good value for the rate.

I have stayed here many times and the staff is always excellent. The room is great for the price! Never had an issue!

Nice clean room and property.

Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Hotel was located in a good area to enjoy the city. Will return on our next trip.

Very quiet Good breakfast Indoor pool Would stay again

I want to say that the person at the desk when we arrived was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to help us. The other desk people were also very helpful, with written directions to where we wanted to go, as it was out first time in Tennessee.

A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. I had another...

We were greeted with a wonderful attendant. She upgraded our room to a handicapped accessible room for my 85 year old mom who was with me on this trip. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable for us and Mom had no problems.

Very friendly, easy check in, lots of parking. Clean room
