"The handicap fell short to ADA federal guidelines even the public bathrooms one stall was out of order. Never setup handicap shower bench even calling twice to make sure ADA compliance. Curb drop off had a 8” from street level I was injured with hurt hip? Don’t know what costs of surgery will be for hip & knee replacement is going to be. Phone in room didn’t work Ada handicap grab bars were few and far between other-side of toilet. Sink Faucets were nice practical better to use different brand and get water hot and cold the hotel needs a consultant to say on the property and find all the problems of this property as it is a great venue but failed on basic amenities."

"I stay in many hotels in this price range and Travis was the worst experience. Moldy shower. Stayed two nights, staff took our towels but did not replace them. I had to go to desk to get replacements. On top of that, about 8:30 staff knocks on our door and says we haven’t paid for two night. I had to show them our receipts as they had the wrong guy. No apology or nothing, they just walked off. Don’t do this hotel, it’s just not worth it. I peeked into the pool area and pool had green water and doors boarded shut."
