「Room was spotless and staff were helpful and friendly」

「馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。」

「Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. 」

「Service was excellent better than holiday inn rosebank also .... Not having an ac is a big downside ....... 」

「My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality.
