「My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality. Pleasant smiles, cordial greetings and a readiness to assist was the order of the day. It was my first visit to South Africa and I was made to feel as if I have known them for a lifetime. 「馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。」

「The reception staff were polite and helpful. I arrived late and left by 11 am. The apartment is spacious and bed linen were comfy for a good night sleep. It's walking distance to Sandton City and we managed to walk up and down in the morning and it was safe.」
